🚗 Volvo Automobile Sales Analysis (Dummy Data Project)

In this project, I used Power BI to analyze a simulated two-year dataset modeled on Volvo Automobile sales. Please note that the data used is entirely fictional and does not represent actual figures or performance of the Volvo brand.

The interactive dashboard showcases how raw data can be transformed into strategic insights. It highlights top-performing models, identifies the most profitable vehicles, and visualizes dealership performance across regions. Key metrics such as total revenue, retail orders, and regional trends are presented to support data-driven decision-making.

This project reflects my ability to build intuitive, dynamic dashboards and tell compelling stories through data—regardless of the source.

🏎️ McLaren-Inspired Client Services Dashboard (Dummy Data Project)

This Power BI dashboard was developed as a demonstration for the Client Services team at a high-end automotive brand, inspired by real-world scenarios involving McLaren vehicles.

Please note: the dataset used is entirely synthetic and was created solely for learning and portfolio purposes. It does not reflect actual customer, vehicle, or brand data, and should not be interpreted as a true representation of McLaren or any affiliated entity.

The fictional dataset includes:

  • Simulated case records with customer names, VINs, and case IDs

  • Owner and agent details

  • Goodwill authorisations representing hypothetical service gestures

The dashboard illustrates how Power BI can be used to:

  • Track and visualize Goodwill requests and approvals across service cases

  • Identify trends in case handling and agent involvement

  • Enable interactive filtering by car model, case handler, or gesture type

This project showcases my ability to design customer-centric dashboards that support service strategy, operational decisions, and experience insights—even when working with simulated data.
